The small screw to hold in the lens in my new glasses bought in Boots Salisbury had been lost so I tried to find an optician in Warminster who could replace it.
First one I went into was extremely busy with customers in every available seat and nobody at a reception desk to speak to - I walked up and down, stood still - nobody spoke to me so after a few minutes I walked out again.

Went into another and found not a soul in sight. Coughed loudly, walked back and forth - examined all displays - nobody appeared so I walked out again.

Went into Vision Express - very helpful assistant came immediately to desk and took my glasses away to try and find suitable screw. Sadly they did not have one to fit so were not able to help - but for customer service they win hands down.
